PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Product prices available on the official Suit Negozi websites are displayed in the currency intended for the target market.

Suit Negozi operates through three e-commerce platforms:

• Europe: eu.suitnegozi.com

• International: row.suitnegozi.com

Prices may vary depending on the destination country, the currency used, local taxation, and the commercial terms applicable to each market.

The total order amount, including any shipping costs and other applicable charges, is indicated before purchase confirmation.

The currency actually used for the transaction is the one indicated during the checkout process.

If payment is made in a currency other than that of the account or card used, the bank or payment service provider may apply conversion fees or additional costs.

Suit Negozi invites customers to contact their bank for information on exchange conditions and any fees applied.

Prices and promotions may differ across markets and between the online channel and physical boutiques. Promotions are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously completed orders.

PAYMENT METHODS

Suit Negozi offers several electronic payment methods, depending on the country of purchase and the options enabled during checkout.

Payment methods may include:

Suit Negozi reserves the right to conduct additional transaction checks to prevent unauthorized use of payment methods and fraud attempts.

Such checks may result in extended order processing times.

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS

Suit Negozi accepts credit and debit cards from the payment platform's enabled networks, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, where available.

Transactions are processed through payment service providers integrated into the Shopify platform, in accordance with applicable security standards.

Payment information is managed through secure systems and encrypted transmission protocols.

Suit Negozi does not require customers to communicate their full credit card number, CVV code, or personal authentication codes via email.

For security reasons, some transactions may be subject to additional authentication procedures required by the card-issuing institution, including 3D Secure systems, where applicable.

PAYPAL

By selecting PayPal during checkout, the customer can complete payment through their PayPal account or other methods made available by the service.

The transaction is managed through PayPal's secure payment systems.

To prevent fraud, Suit Negozi may conduct checks to ensure consistency between the order information and the transaction data provided by the payment provider.

In the event of anomalies or inconsistencies, Suit Negozi may request further verification before accepting or shipping the order.

KLARNA

Where available, the customer can select Klarna as a payment method during checkout.

Klarna provides access to flexible payment solutions, including installment payment options, subject to the terms offered by the service in the target country.

Availability, customer eligibility, amount thresholds, and any costs are determined directly by Klarna.

Before confirming payment, the customer can review the terms applicable to the selected plan.

Payment authorization is subject to Klarna's checks and approval.

Suit Negozi does not intervene in the approval or rejection decisions made by the service provider.

SCALAPAY

Where available, Scalapay allows customers to split their order payment according to the methods and terms provided by the service.

By selecting Scalapay during checkout, the customer can view the available options and complete the process according to the provider's instructions.

The maximum financeable amount, number of installments, any fees, and terms of use depend on Scalapay's rules and the transaction assessment.

Payment approval is within the exclusive competence of the service provider.

BANK TRANSFER

If bank transfer is available as a payment method, the customer will receive the information necessary to transfer the amount due.

The order will be processed only after Suit Negozi has received and verified the payment.

Sending a simple transfer order receipt does not constitute proof of payment receipt.

If payment is not received by the deadline communicated to the customer, Suit Negozi may cancel the order after prior notification.

Any bank fees applied by the ordering institution or intermediaries are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

DIGITAL PAYMENTS

Where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay allow purchases using the payment methods associated with their respective services.

Transactions are authorized using the authentication and security systems provided by the selected service.

The availability of these options depends on the device used, the country, and the provider's terms.

PICKUP AND PAYMENT IN BOUTIQUE

For eligible orders, Suit Negozi offers the option to pick up products at its boutiques in Lecce and Gallipoli.

Pickup availability and related procedures are communicated during the purchase process or directly by Customer Service.

Payment in boutique, if agreed and authorized in advance, is subject to the terms communicated by Suit Negozi.

Items reserved for pickup must be collected within the timeframe indicated in the confirmation communication.

In the event of failure to collect or pay by the agreed deadline, the reservation may be canceled in accordance with the applicable terms.

Prices and promotions available online may differ from those applied in physical boutiques.

ORDER VERIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

The submission of an order and receipt of the corresponding automated email do not constitute final acceptance of the purchase by SUIT Negozi.

Every order is subject to checks regarding product availability, proper payment authorization, and the validity of the information provided by the customer.

Suit Negozi will subsequently communicate order acceptance and shipping information.

If the order cannot be accepted, the customer will receive a communication, and any amounts already charged will be refunded according to the methods and timeframes provided by the payment method used.

ONLINE FRAUD PREVENTION

Suit S.r.l., through its official e-commerce websites, sells clothing, footwear, bags, and accessories.

To protect customers, prevent unauthorized transactions, and counter any fraud attempts, SUIT Negozi adopts order verification and control procedures.

Checks may be activated in the presence of circumstances requiring further investigation, such as:

• Inconsistencies between billing, shipping, and payment data.

• Risk alerts from payment providers' fraud prevention systems.

• Transactions for which authentication checks could not be completed.

• Incomplete or inconsistent information that prevents proper order verification.

• Other objective circumstances that reasonably suggest unauthorized use of the payment method.

Such circumstances do not necessarily result in order cancellation, but may require further investigation.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

If standard checks are insufficient and there are concrete, documentable reasons for concern, SUIT Negozi may contact the customer through its official channels to request additional information strictly necessary for order verification.

In exceptional and duly justified cases, after assessing the necessity and proportionality of the request, an additional identification element, including documentation, may be requested.

Any requests will be limited to the information essential for the intended purpose and managed through adequately protected transmission methods.

SUIT Negozi will never request personal passwords, CVV codes, PINs, OTP codes, or full images of the payment card.

The customer can contact Customer Service to verify the authenticity of communications received.

FAILURE TO VERIFY THE ORDER

If the customer does not provide the information strictly necessary to complete a justified verification, or if the legitimacy of the transaction cannot be confirmed, SUIT Negozi may suspend order processing.

In cases where it is not possible to proceed securely with contract execution, the order may be canceled in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and applicable regulations.

Any amounts already collected will be refunded according to the methods provided by the payment method used.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Information collected within the scope of fraud prevention procedures is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable personal data protection regulations.

Checks are carried out exclusively for legitimate, specified, and relevant purposes related to transaction security and the prevention of fraudulent activities.
