Kitty Spencer's wedding dresses by Dolce & Gabbana
Dolce and Gabbana created the five princely gowns that Lady Diana's granddaughter, Kitty Spencer, wore for her fairytale wedding day in Rome.
Spencer, formerly a testimonial for the Italian brand, wore a series of couture looks, created by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, throughout her wedding weekend.

For the big day, the designers created a wonderful lace dress, typical of Dolce and Gabbana, inspired by Victorian, with a transparent neckline, long balloon sleeves, fitted bodice, and long train.

For dinner, she wore a silk dress with bare shoulders, corset, and wide skirt embellished with roses and painted motifs of love. For the evening, she opted for a sheath dress studded with sequins also made in the unmistakable style of the Italian Maison. For the Sunday party, she sported a Mikado silk dress with a green corset adorned with flowers and ribbons.

"One of the inspirations is her love for Italy. Kitty is in love with our beautiful country and its rich history, art, and culture," said Domenico Dolce. "But she is also a girl who is very attached to her origins, to England; to her heritage of the great Victorian Era. And like all English people, she has a great passion for all kinds of flowers," added Stefano Gabbana.
The clothes created for Lady D's granddaughter are the perfect combination of English Victorian style, her country of origin, and Italian style, a city that Kitty has always loved.
